Walked for 30 minutes today.  My thighs are sore from my long run yesterday!  Need to work them harder a little more often.

Motivated by a challenge from my daughter, I ran 5 miles on the treadmill this morning!  Most I've ever done!  Treadmill was set at 5 the whole time; took 1 hour.

Went to G.R. today to watch our daughter-in-law run in the marathon.  She did great!  What a beautiful day and lots of excitement and energy in the air.

I walked at least 15 minutes there.  Jumped on rebounder 15 minutes tonight.

Monday:  60 minutes on rebounder!  I was watching a Beth Moore bible study DVD on the book of Daniel.  It lasted an hour so I just kept jumping!

Sunday:  No exercise to today :(
I blew it this week; no exercise Friday or Saturday! I only got in 4 days.  I can't slip like this too often.  My pattern has been to slowly taper off to nothing.  I intend to get back on track this week!

No exercise today.
Whoa! I've gotten behind on my posting!  I've thought of it the last few nights right before I've gone to bed; by that time computer is shut down.  Somehow, when the next morning comes, I've forgotten it.

I planned to run with a friend on Thurs. night.  She has a regular running schedule and I thought I'd join her when it works.  Thurs. was to be my 1st time, but my parents came in the late afternoon so my dad could work on Scott's therapy bed, which had broken.  I helped as he directed me and it took over 2 hours.  Then they asked me to go to dinner with them.  I went (relationships are important), and didn't exercise.

Friday, I walked for 30 minutes outside while talking to a DEAR out-of-state friend on my cell phone.  Probably wasn't as vigorous as my usual walk, but my jaw got quite a workout (as well as my ear)!

Saturday jumped on my faithful old mini-tramp for 30 minutes while watching a DVD (The Ultimate Gift).  Now I'm looking forward to watching more of it as I jump on the tramp.

Boy, I'm chatty this morning -- must be the 2 cups of tea!
