One of my faithful readers emailed and asked me why I hadn't posted anything lately. WELL...... I only exercised one day last week; that was yesterday (Saturday). I ran with Alicia; jogged 3.5 - 4 miles, walked about 1/2 mile. Felt good to get going again! Thank you, Alicia!
The week before, nI think I only made it 4 days.
I'm getting back on track this week. Didn't exercise today, but tomorrow morningI plan to get up and get moving!
