I'm not back into the swing of remembering to write every day. Last week I only made 4 days of exercise. :(
This week is going well, so far. Sunday: jogged outside 2.4 miles, walked 5 minutes
Monday: 20 minute Pilates video, 10 minutes osteo DVD
Tuesday: rebounder 30 minutes
Tomorrow is the day to pick up my info packet for the 1/2 marathon at Gazelle Sports and learn about what to wear in cold weather (our group runs will be outside). Don't know if I'll make it b/c of the blizzard. It's really snowing and blowing here. Everything is cancelled for tomorrow.
Sat. is the 1st group run for the Borgess Run Camp. I'm excited and nervous. The 1st run is 4 miles. I'll be placed in a group of 12-minute milers (that's the slowest they have).
Need to get on the treadmill tomorrow. I WON'T be running outside!
